On the basis of generalization and the analysis of scientific results of multifactorial field experiments over 2006-2008 and laboratory researches with use of mathematical methods the innovative biologized system of protection of an early potato from Colorado potato beetle has been developed for soil-climatic and organizational-economic conditions of Republic Bashkortostan. The multifactorial field experiments were carried out in 7-field crop rotation. As the economic threshold of harmfulness the pest population density being equal to 20 larvae per potato bush was taken. Chemical and biological means to control Colorado potato beetle were used simultaneously applying organic mineral fertilizer (OMF) and without fertilization. The greatest yield of tubers throughout the study was recorded during the treatment of crops with bitoxybacillin and using the dose of OMF estimated for planned yield 30 t/ha. Combined using bitoxybacillin and estimated OMF dose promoted considerably improving early-harvested potato tuber quality: the starch content increased by 33-39%, dry matter – by 22-28%, ascorbic acid – by 30-39%, nitrated decreased by 40-46%, marketability rose 47-61% compared to the control. The greatest profitability of treatments was observed when using bitoxybacillin and its mixtures with other insecticides at sublethal doses in combination with the estimated dose of OMF per planned yield 30 t/ha of fresh tubers of early potatoes. Bitoxybacillin can be recommended for using against larvae of Colorado potato beetle at the farms of Bashkortostan
