The effect of different dripper spaces and limited water on yield and quality of processing tomato | Farklı damlatıcı aralığı ve su stresinin salçalık domatesin verim ve kalitesine etkisi

This research was carried out to determine the effect of different dripper space and water stress on total fruits yield, matured fruits yield, such as paste output, average fruit weight, fruit penetration value, pH, brix and ascorbic acid in fruits of processing tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill cv. Shasta) under conditions of Konya Plain in 2005-2006 years (two years). The experiment was conducted in the randomized blocks split plot design as three replications under field conditions. Fundamental subject of the experiment was constituted from A= 25 cm, B= 50 cm and C= 75 cm and secondary theme of the experiment from I1= (no stress) supplied to field capacity interval seven days of deficiency moisture in 0-60 cm depth, I2= %25 limited water, I3= % 50 limited water and I4= %75 limited water applications. Drip irrigations system was used for irrigation. According to two annual the results, the highest total fruits yield (73.426-73.789 t/ha), matured fruits yield (68.732-72.789 t/ha) and paste output (12.274-12.998 t/ha) were obtained from I1 applications (p0.01). In general, other parameters were influenced depending on applications, statistically. Total irrigation water and water consumptive amounts of I1 applications were respectively 426.56 mm and 525.91 mm in 2004total irrigation water and water consumptive amounts of the same applications were respectively 587.81 mm and 619.62 mm in 2005 during growing season.

土耳其. Bu çalışma, 2004-2005 (2 yıl) yılları arasında Konya ekolojik koşullarında salçalık domatesin (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill cv. Shasta) toplam meyve verimi, salçalık meyve verimi, teorik salça verimi, ortalama meyve ağırlığı, meyve çapı, meyvenin delinme direnci, pH, briks ve Vitamin-C gibi verim unsurları üzerine farklı damlatıcı aralığı ve su stresinin etkisini araştırmak amacı ile yürütülmüştür. Deneme Tesadüf Blokları Bölünmüş Parseller Deneme Deseni'nde ve 3 tekerrürlü olarak kurulmuştur. Denemenin ana konuları 3 farklı damlatıcı aralığı A= 25 cm, B= 50 cm ve C= 75 cm şeklinde oluşturulurkenalt konuları da 4 farklı sulama suyuI1= (tam sulanan) 0-60 cm'deki eksik nemin 7 günde bir tarla kapasitesine tamamlanması, I2= % 25 kısıntı, I3= % 50 kısıntı ve I4= %75 olacak şekilde kısıntı konularından oluşturulmuştur. Sulamalar damla sulama sistemi ile yapılmıştır. İki yıllık deneme sonuçlarına göreher iki yılda da % 99 güven seviyesinde en iyi toplam meyve verimi (73.426-73.789 t/ha), salçalık meyve verimi (68.732-72.789 t/ha) ve teorik salça verimi (12.274-12.998 t/ha) I1 konusundan elde edilmiştir. Kalite faktörleri arasında da istatistikî açıdan önemli farklar gözlenmiştir. I1 konusunun toplam sulama suyu ve su tüketimi miktarları 2004 yılında sırasıyla 426.56 mm ve 525.91 mm olurken, aynı konunun 2005 yılı sulama suyu ve su tüketimi miktarları ise 587.81 mm ve 619.62 mm olmuştur.
