The effects of supplementation of concentrate feed to the hay on growth performance and some rumen parameters of lambs | Kuzulara kuru ota ilave olarak verilen konsantre yemin besi performansı ve bazı rumen parametrelerine etkisi

In this study, the effects of grass hay and supplementation of different amount of concentrate feeding of lambs on the feed consumption, body weight, feed conversion efficiency and pH, TVFA and NH3N concentration values of rumen liquid were investigated. The experimental groups were designed as Control group fed with grass hay, Group 1 supplemented with 150 g concentrated feed and Group 2 supplemented with 300 g concentrate. At the end of the study, the mean daily feed intake of of lambs in Control, Group 1 and Group 2 were 904, 974 ve 1052 g and the body weights were 31.7, 33.0 and 36.6 kg,respectively. The daily increase of the body weights were 118, 144 and 215.3 g at the end of the study. Total feed consumption was decreased as with the supplementation. However, grass hay consumption was decreased. The feed conversion efficiency was decreased with the supplementation. The determined parameters were significantly differed (P0.05) in the group received grass hay supplemented with 300 g concentrate. The supplementation of concentrate to grass hay decreased the pH value of the rumen liquid numerically, however this decrease was insignificant. The rumen liquid TVFA, NH3N values were increased comparable with the concentrate supplementation. This increase was found to be significant in the group received grass hay supplemented with 300 g concentrate. As a result, feeding of lambs with grass hay supplemented with 150 and 300 g concentrate has the positive effects on the fattening performance and rumen parameters of animals. Especially, feeding with 300 g concentrate increased significantly the daily body weight gain and rumen NH3N levels.

土耳其. Bu araştırmada, kuzuları yalnız kuru ot ve kuru ota ilave olarak farklı miktarda konsantre yem ile beslemenin yem tüketimi, canlı ağırlık, yemden yararlanma oranı ile rumen sıvısı pH, TUYA ve NH3-N değerleri üzerine etkisi araştırılmıştır. Deneme, yalnız kuru ot tüketen grup (Kontrol) ve kuru ota 150 g (Grup 1) ile 300 g (Grup 2) konsantre yem ilave edilen gruplar olmak üzere toplam üç grup halinde 50 gün süreyle yürütülmüştür. Araştırma sonunda Kontrol, Grup 1 ve Grup 2'deki kuzular, günlük olarak 904, 974 ve 1052 g yem tüketmiş olup 31.7, 33.0 ve 36.6 kg canlı ağırlığa ulaşmıştır. Günlük canlı ağırlık artışı deneme sonu itibarıyla gruplarda 118, 144 ve 215.3 g olarak belirlenmiştir. Gruplarda toplam yem tüketimi konsantre yem ilavesi yapıldıkça artmış, ancak kuru ot tüketimi azalmıştır. Konsantre yem ilavesi yemden yararlanma oranının iyileştirmiştir. Denemede özellikle kuru ota ilave olarak verilen günlük 300 g konsantre yem, canlı ağırlık ve günlük canlı ağırlık artışı bakımından diğer gruplardan önemli farklılık göstermiştir (P0.05). Kuru ota ilave olarak konsantre yem verilmesi, hayvanlardan alınan rumen sıvısı pH değerini azaltmıştır. Rumen sıvısı TUYA, NH3-N değerleri ise rasyona katılan konsantre yem miktarına göre artış göstermiştir. Bu artış 300 g konsantre yem saplementasyonu yapılan grupta önemli düzeye ulasmıştır (P0.05). Sonuç olarak, kuru ota ilave olarak 150 ve 300 g konsantre yem verilmesi hayvanların besi performansı ve rumen parametreleri üzerine olumlu etkiler yapmıştır. Özellikle 300 g konsantre yem verilmesi günlük canlı ağırlık artışı ile rumen amonyak azotunda daha fazla artışa neden olmuştur.
