Batı Akdeniz Bölgesi turunçgil alanlarında görülen thrips türleri ve doğal düşmanlarının tespiti

Thrips species and their natural enemies were determined in the present study by sampling from different citrus species in districts along coast in West Mediterranean region (Antalya) in which citrus production is commonly done, in 2006 and 2007. Twenty-one and thirty-three thrips species was detected in 2006 and 2007, respectively. Total number of species reached to 36 at the end of the studies. Particularly, Pezothrips kellyanus (Bagnall) which is considered to pose the biggest threat and ascribed as main pest in citrus growing areas of some countries was found in lower numbers than other species. Thrips major Uzel was determined as major thrips species by 67.2 % (of total number of specimens), and Frankliniella occidentalis (Pergande), firstly identified in 1993 in Turkey was second major species by 14.89 % in West Mediterranean region in the first year of study. P. kellyanus was found in 16,75 % of samples collected and constituted 6,96 % of total number of individuals during second year these results suggest that attention should be given to P. kellyanus in future years in this region. Three Orius, two neuropter, three mirid, one nabid and eleven coleopter species were also determined as natural enemies during the survey studies.

土耳其. Batı Akdeniz bölgesi olarak bilinen ve turunçgil yetiştiriciliğinin yaygın olarak yapıldığı Antalya merkez ve sahil ilçelerinde turunçgil türlerinde örneklemeler yapılarak bölgede bulunan thrips türleri ve bunlarla birlikte bulunan doğal düşmanlar 2006 ve 2007 yıllarında tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmada 2006 ve 2007 yıllarında sırasıyla 21 ve 33 thrips türü tespit edilmiştir. Çalışma sonunda tespit edilen thirips türü sayısı 36'ya ulaşmıştır. Özellikle en tehlikeli tür olan ve bazı ülkelerde turunçgillerde ana zararlı durumundaki Pezothrips kellyanus, Bagnall diğer türlere nazaran az sayıda tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmanın birinci yılında Batı Akdeniz Bölgesi'nde toplam thrips bireyleri içinde Thrips major Uzel % 67,2 ile hakim tür olmuş, Türkiye'de ilk kez 1993 yılında tespit edilen Frankliniella occidentalis (Pergande) ise % 14,89 ile ikinci hakim tür olmuştur. İkinci yılda P. kellyanus örneklerin % 16,75'inde yer almış ve toplam bireylerin de % 6,96'sını teşkil etmiş, bu durum P. kellyanus popülasyonunun bölgede gelecek yıllarda dikkatle izlenmesi gerektiğini göstermiştir. Ayrıca çalışma sonunda doğal düşman olarak 3 Orius, 2 neuropter, 3 mirid, 1 nabid ve 11 coleopter türü bulunmuştur.
