Effect of cutting direction, number of knives and spindle speed in planing on the surface roughness of some wood materials | Rendeleme işleminde kesiş yönü, kesici sayısı ve devir sayısının bazı ağaç malzemelerin yüzey düzgünlüğüne etkileri

英语. In this study, it was aimed to compare the surface roughness of solid woods after planing with clamped-knife cutter head in the shaping machine. Specimens were prepared from Scotch pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) and Beech wood (Fagus orientalis Lipsky) which are commonly used in the furniture industry. Surface smoothness values were determined according to the wood species, cutting direction, spindle speed and number of knife. Eight measurements were made for each specimen which is belong to -3th- examples group according to the principles of the TS 930 standard. It has been compared according to the wood species and surfacing techniques after being determined the average value of surface roughness for each 2,5 mm of 20 mm distance which is the scanning area of the machine. In the tests, the best results have been obtained with the scotch pine wood among the wood species, the tangential direction between the cutting directions, the cutter with 4-knife among the cutters and the 10.000 r.p.m (rotation per minute) among the spindle speeds.

土耳其. Bu çalışmada, masif ağaç malzemelerin yatay freze makinesinde jilet topu ile işlendikten sonra yüzey düzgünlüklerinin karşılaştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Deney örnekleri Mobilya Endüstrisinde yaygın olarak kullanılan sarıçam (Pinus sylvestris L.) ve Doğu kayını (Fagus orientalis Lipsky) ağaç malzemelerinden hazırlanmıştır. Yüzey düzgünlüğü değerleri; ağaç türü, kesiş yönü (radyal, teğet), bıçak sayısı (2'li, 4'lü) ve devir sayısına (4.400dev/dak, 6.000 dev/dak, 7.800 dev/dak, 10.000 dev/dak) göre belirlenmiştir. TS 930 standardına uyularak, 3'erli örneklem grubuna ait her bir deney numunesi üzerinde, 8 ölçüm yapılmıştır. Cihazın tarama alanı olan 20 mm mesafenin her 2.5 mm' si için ortalama pürüzlülük değeri belirlenerek, ağaç türü ve işleme tekniklerine göre karşılaştırılmıştır. Denemelerde en iyi sonuçlar; sarıçamda, teğet yönde, 4 bıçaklı kesici ile 10.000 dev/dak' da elde edilmiştir.
