Cмерчь как опасное явление в Одесском регионе, Украине и мире

英语. Described is the nature of whirlwinds for which a huge destructive force is characteristic. There are a large number of whirlwind models but they do not fully explain all the secrets of said natural phenomenon. Studied are such anthropogenous materials on the dates 14–15 July 2002 and 25–26 May 2005: data of radiosounding above stations of Ukraine, a set of synoptical maps of cloudiness and convective phenomenons above Ukraine. Special features of forming whirlwinds above different territories of Earth are considered. A repetition frequency of the phenomenon above Ukraine is assessed. The two episodes of initiating and developing the whirlwinds in the Odesa oblast are analysed. The possibility of forecasting said phenomenon is investigated. A conclusion is drawn that the use of microcircular weather maps and calculation of fields of hydrodynamic characteristics effectively supplements the traditional aerosynoptical analysis while investigating whirlwinds.

俄语. Описывается природа смерча, характеризирующаяся огромной разрушительной силой. Существует множество моделей смерча, но они не объясняют полностью загадок этого явления природы. Исследованы антропогенные материалы за 14–15 июля 2002 г. и 25–26 мая 2005 г.: данные радиозондирования над станциями Украины, комплект синоптических карт облачности и конвективных явлений над Украиной. Рассматриваются особенности формирования смерчей над различными территориями Земного шара. Оценивается повторяемость явления над Украиной. Анализируется два эпизода зарождения и развития смерча в Одесской области. Исследуется возможность прогнозирования явления. Сделан вывод, что использование микрокольцевых карт погоды и расчет полей гидродинамических характеристик эффективно дополняют традиционный аэросиноптический анализ при исследовании смерчей.
