Maize hybrid Kneja Pop Corn 1B is a single cross, between the lines 2LVN x KP 367101, developed at the Institute of Maize, Knezha. It is middle early hybrid group 400-499 FAO. The grain is pop-corn with white color. Its productivity and quality are near to those of the standard Snejanka. The hybrid is characterized by slightly shorter vegetation period and less moisture content in the grain. The hybrid is resistant to the lodging and to the most of the economically important diseases and pests.
