Dependence of spring rape (Brassica napus) seedlings of Germes variety weediness (the dominating weeds: frost-blite (Chenopodium album), pickpocket (Polygonum), chamomile (Matricaria), corn mayweed (Matricaria inodora), chickweed satin flower (Stellaria media), dawny hemp nettle (Galeopsis tetrahit), quick grass (Agropyron repens)) and yields on the terms and methods of the primary sod-podzoplic light loamy soil tillage in the conditions of different methods of herbicides application (without herbicides; butizan 400 (1,7 l/ha); butizan 400 (1,7 l/ha) + fyuzilad super (2,0 l/ha) was studied in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Failure to meet the optimal date of soil tillage caused the average increasing of spring rape weediness on 39-67% in the conditions of crop cultivation with no herbicides as well as lowered seed yielding capacity on 10,6-11,6%. Herbicides application on seedling of spring rape did not help to eliminate the negative influence of late soil tillage terms. Depending on the level and dosage of applied herbicides there was stated the lowering of seed yields on 2,5-8,9%. In the conditions of low level of crop weediness with perennial weeds, timely realization of stubble cleaning and application of herbicides it was proposed to substitute the system of the primary and half-fallowing of land by soil chiseling
