For the qualitative and quantitative diagnostics of the parameters of transformation processes of organic matter of anthropogenic transformed peat soils of Belorussian Polesje the methods of determining its fractional and group composition were presented. The procedure enables to simplify operations on extraction of humus matters. the introduced modified procedure reduces labor intensiveness, increase productivity and convergence of the results. Its introduction allows to increase absolute qualitative and quantitative diagnostics of transformation processes of organic matter of post peat soils as well as more consistently estimate the fertility of such soils
