The process of micro-entrepreneurship development in the Republic of Belarus is examined. The main trends and determined problems of agricultural entrepreneurship are analyzed. The mechanism of cooperation interrelations between small and large enterprises of agro-industrial complex is offered. The methods of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction are used for the research. The number and the area of small agricultural enterprises (farms) per regions of the Republic of Belarus is shown. The most important forms of the cooperation, such as subcontraction, outsorting, franchising, factoring and others are offered for the economic problems solution and production competitiveness increase.
