Efficiency of a new insecticide Tanrek (biotline), water-soluble concentrate (imidacloprid, 200 g/l) produced in the Russian Federation against green apple (Aphis pomi Deg.) and rosy aphids (Dysaphis plantaginea Pass.) aphids - in apple-trees, pear aphid leaf-rollers (Yezabura reaumuri Mordu) – in pear-tree were estimated in the study in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. The analyzed preparation was included into the State register of plant protection products permitted for application on the territory of the Republic of Belarus against aphids and apple trees and currant. The biological efficiency of the preparation at the rates of 0,2-0,25 l/ha against all aphid species in three days after treatment has made 95,5-100%. Some aphid number increasing was noticed only in 20 days after treatment. Single Tanrek tree treatment gave an opportunity to hold in the aphid number below the economic threshold of harmfulness during the whole vegetation period
