The foundation of agricultural and food market is composed by large number of commodity producers make different types of production, rather different by their characteristics and parameters. Sales system has multiplex foodstuff orientation and trend. The scheme of production marketing consists of procurement agencies, trade organizations and customer. The process of formation and development of the sales system consider dimorphism, competitiveness and cooperation between food-producing organizations and governmental institutions. Top-priority trends for the food-producing organization are: the development of sales channels, marketability level increase, quality improvement, creation of domestic producing and commercial structures. Top-priority direction for the state is the policy of concessional lending, target financing, subsidies and grants. Correlation between producing and trading organizations may be achieved by logistic system and commodity market. Some propositions on agricultural production sales increase are presented. Organization structure of agricultural production sales is shown in correlation scheme. Agricultural production market trade level is analyzed. Dynamics of average export prices on agricultural production is displayed. Formation of the information channel is suggested.
