At the present time, the basis approaches to the main approaches to the management of logistics principles are often discussed. The modern concept of logistics represents an efficient motivated approach to the management of product flows in order to decrease the production costs. The mentioned above concept assumes as a basis economic strategy of an organization when the logistics is used as an instrument in the competitive activity and is considered as an administrative logic for realization of planning, allocation and the control over the material, financial and labour resources. However, the logistics concept concentrating on the material and technical aspects of product distribution does not concern the problems of coordination of various economic interests of market agents that is the extremely important for the maintenance of an efficient functioning branches with national economic enterprise as a uniform system.
