Variability limits of the content of fatty acids in oil of 89 spring rape lines (Brassica napus) developed by different methods on the basis of national 00-varieties were analyzed in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. The greatest variation on structure of fat acids was observed in the dihaploid lines created by a method of pollinium culture. In this group of lines the best productivity of selection on the high concentration in oil of oleic acid and the lowered concentration of linolenic fat acids was marked. Dihaploid lines posessed qialities suitable for selection lines but had an expressed depression of seed productivity. In the lines created by different methods, dependences of various degree of the concentration of fat acids and glucosinolates were observed. As a whole, productive selection of high productive lines with the high concentration of oleic acid and a wide parity of polynonsaturated fat acid was possible. The characteristic of inbred and dihaploid lines of summer rape on indices of quality, height and seed productivity, factors of pair correlation of inbred and dihaploid lines of summer rape were shown.
