In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was studied the efficiency of liquid complex fertilizers with chelate forms of cuprum and manganese and seed disinfectant Kinto DuoTK for presowing treatment of winter rye (Secale cereale) seeds. Research results showed that application of new forms of liquid complex fertilizers for grain crops, mark N-P-K = 8-4-9-0.15 (Cu in chelate form) – 0.10 (Mn in chelate form) in component structures with a seed disinfectant for the presowing seed treatment was efficient for increasing of winter rye (Secale cereale) productivity. At early stages of organogenesis they provided the increasing of seed germination capacity, growing processes, improvement of overwintering, viability of plants during vegetation, as well as lowering of seed infection and development of other diseases. Biological efficiency of the analyzed liquid complex fertilizer against fusariosis was 80.9-85.75, Alternaria blight – 96.3-100%, total infection – 93.4-94.7%, snow mold – 83.1-86.6%, root rots – 37.9-38.8%. It made it possible to obtain yield increase in the range of 11 - 16,3%.
