In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was realized the determination of colostral immunity stress of newborn calves which were born at cows vaccinated by a national biological preparation. Comparative evaluation of the experimental preparation with other national and foreign vaccines was presented. Research results showed that double application of associated vaccine against cattle rotavirus infection and colibacteriosis for pregnant cows made it possible to obtain the following results: feeding of newborn calves in the first hours of their life with immunized colostral milk allowed to establish in blood serum of calves the level of specific antibodies to rotavirus up to the value of 7.2+/- 0.34 log2. Level of specific antibodies to Escherichia coli F5 in blood serum of calves reached the values of 9.2 +/- 0.28 log2, to E. coli F4 – 13.6 +/- 1.34 log2 and to E. coli Att25 to value 10.3+/- 0.24 log2.
