Биохимические показатели сыворотки крови у собак на фоне применения пробиотического препарата Билавет

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was analyzed influence of a probiotic preparation Bilavet on biochemical blood indexes of dogs, by an example of puppies of German shepherd breed. Application the probiotic preparation Bilavet once a day from the first till the fifth and from the fourteenth till the eighteenth days of life in dose of 4 ml per kg of live weight rendered the positive influence on biochemical blood indexes indicators. Thus, there was marked the increasing in whole protein on 4.5% and globulins on 7.7% that testified to activation of organism immune protection. By the 18th day of examination of animals of experimental group the content of calcium, inorganic phosphorus, magnesium was higher than at animals of the control group on 16.8%, 27.5% and 14.6% respectively. As a result of administration of the preparation Bilavet for puppies of experimental groups there were revealed no changes in blood level of aminotransferasis and content of bilirubin. This proved that the probiotic did not cause the damage of hepatic cells and compromised liver function. Thus, the probiotic preparation Bilavet rendered positive influence on metabolic processes of puppies rendered an expressed preventive action at the expense of organism protective forces activation.
