Обоснование и реализация основных параметров в машине для сухой очистки картофеля

Potato (Solanum tuberosum) cultivation is one of the most important branches of agricultural production in the Republic of Belarus and is determined by geographic position and climatic conditions of the country. But pre-realization processing of potato before open market delivery continues to be a problem. Therefore, a process of dry cleaning of potato whicj makes it possible to increase tuber storage qualities, is analyzed in the article. A special machine MSOK-5 for dry cleaning of potato is presented. Before construction of the machine itself, the main parameters (producing capacity, rollers rotary speed, tuber movement speed) are analyzed and evaluated. A photograph of general view of the machine MSOK-5 for dry cleaning of potato is displayed. A scheme of the device for dry cleaning of potato of continuous action is shown. Main characteristics of the machine, such as low energy consumption level (0.3 kilowatt/hour), small size (2760*1510*1460 mm) and high productivity level (5 tones per hour) make the device efficient and convenient.
