The local land arrangement sustainable utilization grading evaluation index system combined with variable fuzzy evaluation model was established on the present situation of land arrangement sustainable utilization. The results showed that the local land arrangement utilization was at its good practical expectation. At the same time the evaluation results showed applicability of variable fuzzy evaluation model in the local land arrangement sustainable utilization evaluation.
