Effect of red clover isoflavones on growth performance in broilers | 红三叶异黄酮对肉鸡生长性能的影响

中国人. 选用200羽健康一日龄艾维茵肉仔鸡（公母混养）,采取单因子随机化设计,随机分成5组,每组4个重复（每个重复10羽）。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组和试验Ⅳ组在基础日粮中分别添加5,10,20,30mg・kg-1的红三叶异黄酮。试验期为49d。结果表明：日粮中添加红三叶异黄酮可改善肉鸡的平均体增重、平均日采食量及料重比;显著提高公鸡血清中T3、T4水平（p〈0.1）,适当提高母鸡血清的T3水平（p〉0.1）;明显降低公鸡血清中的尿素氮含量（p〈0.05）,适当改善母鸡血清尿素氮水平（p〉0.1）;显著提高公鸡血清中的碱性磷酸酶水平（p〈0.1）,在一定程度上增加母鸡血清碱性磷酸酶水平;肉鸡基础日粮中添加520mg・kg-1红三叶异黄具有较好的促生长效果。[著者文摘]

Two hundred 1-day-old Avian broilers（mixture of male and female）were divided into 5 groups with one-way random design,each group including 4 replications（10 birds per replication）.The birds in the control group fed with basal diet;the birds in the test groupⅠ,test groupⅡ,test groupⅢand test groupⅣreceived basal diets supplemented with red clover isoflavones 5mg・kg-1,10mg・kg-1,20mg・kg-1 and 30mg・kg-1,respectively.The results showed that red clover isoflavones had effect on average gaining weight,feed intake and feed conversion ratio.The supplements of red clover isoflavones improved significantly serum T3 and T4 in males（p〈0.1）and T3 in females（p〉0.05）;they reduced serum urea nitrogen in males（p〈0.5）and in females （p〉0.05）;red clover isoflavones increased significantly serum alkaline phosphatase in males（p〈0.1）and in females（p〉0.05）.The experiment indicated that supplement of 5-20 mg/kg red clover isoflavones in basal diets has a positive effect on droiler growth.
