中国人. 以我国11个不同烤烟产区、3个等级(B2F、C3F、X2F)的初烤烟叶为材料,测定其中的质体色素及常规化学成分的含量并进行分析。结果表明:(1)纬度偏高的地区叶绿素含量也偏高;低纬度地区更有利于类胡萝卜索的积累,其中叶黄索以中纬度地区的烟叶含有量为高,而低纬度和高纬度地区的烟叶均不高;在低纬度高海拔或中纬度低海拔地区,β-胡萝卜素容易积累;(2)各地区烟碱含量普遍表现为上部叶〉中部叶〉下部叶;总糖含量大多居于中等偏上水平;总氮含量差异不大;氯离子含量地区差异性较大;钾含量偏低;氮碱比除云南、郴州外大都在适宜范围内;钾氯比值上部叶较低,地区方面以河南烟区最低;与质体色素有显著性相关的化学成分有总糖、钾、氯、总氮、烟碱。[著者文摘]

The results showed that : ( 1 ) the content of the chlorophy in the higher latitude is higher; carotenoid is accumulated more easily in the low latitude area, the content of lutein in the middle latitude area is higher than that in the low and high latitude areas; β- carotene is more easily accumulated in the low latitude and high elevation areas or the middle latitude and low elevation areas. (2) the contents of nicotin in every area displays in geneal the order that the upper position leaf 〉 the middle position leaf 〉 the lower position leaf; the total sugar content is medium or relatively high; the total nitrogen contents in different areas and grades show no difference; the Cl contents show big differentce and the K contents are all at a low level, the ratios of N to nicotine are all at the suitable level except in the leaves from Yunnan and Chenzhou areas, the ratio of K to Cl in the upper leaves is lower, and the ratio is low in the leaves from Henan area.
