中国人. 试验以早钟6号为材料，采用HPLC法，研究枇杷试管苗离体保存过程中内源激素的变化。结果表明：与对照相比，添加5mg／L PP333，前3个月明显的提高了ABA的含量，降低了GA3、ZT含量。保存3―7月降低了ABA含量，7个月后提高了ABA含量；保存3月后提高了ZT含量，在保存第8个月达到最大；在保存前6个月，IAA的变化趋势与对照完全相反，6个月后变化趋于一致，保存第2个月达到最大。[著者文摘]

In this experiment the in vitro plantlets of the loquat cultivar Zaozhong No. 6 were used as the materials for analyzing the changes of endogenous hormones of loquat germplasm during in vitro conservation by the method of HPLC. The results showed that as compared with the control under the treatment with 5 mg/L PP333, the ABA contents of the conserved loquat plantlets increased significantly , while the contents of GA3 and ZT decreased during the early 3 months;the ABA content reduced from the third month to the seventh month but increased later; the ZT content increased after the third month and reached the highest on the eighth month ;the change of the IAA content was completely opposite to that of the control during the earlier 6 months and was almost consistent after the latter 6 month , and the highest IAA content occurred in the second month.
