中国人. 应用五因素五水平二次正交通用旋转组合设计,分析3种植物生长调节剂缩节胺(PIX)、萘乙酸(NAA)、防落素(PCPA)与氮肥(N)和密度(D)配伍对辣椒产量和品质的影响。结果表明:缩节胺、萘乙酸、防落素、氮肥与密度对辣椒产量均有明显的影响,其中以氮肥与密度的影响最大;氮素、缩节胺、萘乙酸和防落索与辣椒素含量之间关系密切;氮肥、萘乙酸和防落素对果实中Vc含量有明显的作用;氮素、缩节胺、防落素和萘乙酸对硝酸盐含量有显著影响。同时,各影响因子之间还存在显著的正交互作用或负交互作用。[著者文摘]

By means of orthogonal rotational combination design, a five - factor including N, Pix, NAA, PCPA and D and five - level experiment on hot pepper was conducted, and the effects of these five factors on the yield and quality of hot pepper were studied. The results indicated that there were significant effects of these five factors on the yield of hot pepper, and nitrogen fertilizer and density showed most notable effects among these factors, the levels of nitrogen, Pix and NAA markedly affected the content of capsaisin, and nitrogen, NAA and PCPA had distinctly effects on the content of Vc in fruit of hot pepper, and nitrogen, PIX, PCPA and NAA markedly affected the content of nitrate. In addition, there were complicated and distinct relationships between these factors, such as active and negative mutual actions.
