中国人. 采用静态人工瘤胃体外培养方法,研究不同质量浓度的2种大豆异黄酮(大豆黄酮和染料木素)对瘤胃微生物代谢的影响。结果表明:当培养液中大豆异黄酮为100mg・L. 1时,大豆黄酮能使瘤胃液中氨氮含量升高2.2mg・L. 1(P〈0.05),微生物蛋白含量提高20.0μg・mL. 1(P〈0.05),总挥发性脂肪酸浓度上升2.7mmol・L. 1(P〈0.05),丙酸/乙酸值为0.74,表明大豆黄酮能促进瘤胃微生物的氮代谢与糖代谢。100mg・L. 1的染料木素使瘤胃液中微生物蛋白含量提高36.8μg・mL. 1(P〈0.01),乙酸比例升高11.4%(P〈0.01),丙酸比例下降7.4%(〈0.01),丁酸比例下降10.2%(P〈0.05),表明染料术素促进了瘤胃微生物的氮代谢,瘤胃发酵类型有向乙酸型转变的趋势。[著者文摘]
显示更多 [+] 显示较少 [-]英语. Mixed ruminal fuid and artifical saliva were incubated in anaerobic media for 12 h in vitro. The soy-isoflavones (daidzein and genistein) were added to the media at different concentrations. The result showed that, when the concentration was 100 mg.L. 1, daidzein could increase the content of NH3-N 2. 2 mg. L. 1 ( P 〈 0. 05 ), the content of microbial protein (MCP) was enhanced 20. 0 μg.mL. 1 ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , the concentration of total volatile fatty acid (TVFA) was improved 2.7 mmol.L. 1 ( P 〈 0.05 ). Thisresult demonstrated that daidzein promoted carbohydrates and nitrogen metabolism of ruminal microorganism. At the same concentration, 100 mg.L. 1 genistein could increase the content of MCP 36. 8 μg .mL. 1 (P 〈0. 01 ), proportion of acetate increased1 11.4% (P〈0. 01), while propionate decreased 7.4% (P〈0. 01), and butyrate decreased 10.2% (P〈0.05). This indicated that genistein promoted nitrogen metabolism, and the ruminal fermentation pattern was become.
