中国人. 在温室大棚条件下,用UV-B(280~320nm)辐射番茄幼苗,以0.46w・m. 2和0.6w・m. 2剂量为处理,以自然辐射为对照,研究了UV-B辐射对番茄幼苗的内源激素含量以及IAA/ABA、GA3/ABA、ZR/ABA比例的影响.结果表明:番茄幼苗IAA、GA3、ZR的含量随着辐射的增强而下降,随着辐射时间的延长而减小;而ABA含量随着辐射的增强而升高,随着辐射时间的延长而增大;ABA含量的升高使IAA/ABA、GA3/ABA和ZR/ABA的比值随之降低,最终产生对番茄幼苗生长的抑制.[著者文摘]

In greenhouse conditions,the impacts of UV-B radiation (280-320 nm) at 0.46 w・m. 2 (T1) and 0.6 w・m. 2(T2) were studied on the endogenous hormone content and the IAA/ABA,GA3/ABA,ZR/ABA ratio of tomato seedlings.The results indicated that UV-B radiation decreased the content of IAA,GA3,ABA in tomato seedlings.The content of IAA,GA3,ZR decreased with enhanced radiation intensity and time; however,ABA content increased with enhanced radiation intensity and time,which caused a decreased values of IAA/ABA,GA3/ABA and ZR/ABA,and suppressed growth and development of tomato consequently.[著者文摘]
