Effect of compound aluminum silicate mycotoxin adsorbent on immunity,carcass quality and nutrient apparent utility of broilers | 复合铝硅酸盐霉菌吸附剂对肉鸡免疫功能、胴体品质及饲粮主要养分表观代谢率的影响

中国人. 对肉鸡饲粮中添加不同水平复合铝硅酸盐霉菌吸附剂(Compound aluminum silicate mould adsorbent,CASMA)对肉仔鸡免疫机能、屠宰性能、肉品质及饲粮养分表观利用率的影响进行了研究。试验选择160只健康1日龄的商品代AA肉仔鸡,试验期49d,饲喂基础饲粮至14日分组。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组1、试验组2和试验组3分别添加10,20,30g.kg-1霉菌吸附剂,每个处理4个重复。42日龄时进行全收粪法代谢试验,49日龄时分别从每组取2只翅脉采血后处死,称重,并进行胴体品质、免疫器官指数测定分析,分离血清并进行总蛋白、白蛋白的测定。结果表明:(1)含10g.kg-1霉菌吸附剂组显著提高了总蛋白、白蛋白和球蛋白含量(p0.05),并显著提高了各免疫器官指数(p0.05)。(2)随着霉菌吸附剂添加量的增加,肉鸡屠宰率呈降低趋势,差异显著(p0.05)。10g.kg-1霉菌吸附剂组能显著改善肉鸡胸肌肉色,差异显著(p0.05),滴水损失、剪切力其中以10g.kg-1霉菌吸附剂组效果最好,差异不显著(p0.05),但随着添加量增加而效果变差。(3)霉菌吸附剂对肉鸡营养物质代谢率有一定影响,含10g.kg-1霉菌吸附剂组较对照组粗蛋白表观代谢率显著提高了9.05%(p0.05)。

To investigate the effects of compound aluminosilicate mycotoxin adsorbent on immunity,carcass quality and nutrient apparent utility of broilers,a total of 160 one-day healthy AA broilers of commercial strain were chosen in the trial.The broilers were divided into 4 groups,control,treatment 1,treatment 2 and treatment 3 after 14 days' feeding with basal diet.Control group was fed a basal diet and three treated groups were given diets with supplements of 10,20,30g.kg-1 mycotoxin adsorbent respectively.Each group had four replications.At the age of 42 days,a metabolism trial was performed with complete collection of the excrement.On the final day of the trial,two birds from each group were slaughtered for carcass quality and the immune function analysis.The results showed that the content of serum total protein,albumin,globulin and the immune organs index were significantly increased(p0.05) when supplemented with 10g.kg-1 of mycotoxin adsorbent.Slaughter rate decreased significantly(p 0.05) when the mycotoxin adsorbent was added.Muscle color was improved significantly with 10g.kg-1 mycotoxin adsorbent(p0.05).Compared with the control group,crude protein apparent utility increased by 9.05% in the treatment with 10g.kg-1 mycotoxin adsorbent(p0.05).In this study,supplementation of 10g.kg-1 of mycotoxin adsorbent had better results than the control group and other treatments.
