Effect of high temperature on development,metabolism of carbohydrate in tomato(lycopersico esculentum mill.) Fruit | 高昼温对番茄果实发育及碳水化合物代谢的影响

中国人. 为研究高昼温对日光温室番茄果实发育及碳水化合物代谢的影响,对番茄植株分别作30℃、35℃高昼温处理,以25℃为对照,研究果实发育、碳水化合物含量、蔗糖代谢相关酶活性的变化。结果表明:高昼温促使番茄果实发育提前,成熟期提前,但空洞果增加;果实内果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖含量均升高,而淀粉含量则在提前达到最高点后开始低于对照,尤其是35℃处理,在花后20d时,其果糖、蔗糖含量分别较对照升高28.91%和20.56%。在高昼温处理15d时,果实中酸性转化酶(AI)、中性转化酶活性(NI)降低,蔗糖合成酶(SS)、蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)活性升高,昼温越高,与对照间的差别越大。可见,昼间温度越高,对番茄果实碳水化合物代谢的不利影响越大。

The effect of high temperature in daytime on development,metabolism of photosynthate in tomato fruits after flowering was studied.Plants were treated under 30℃ and 35℃ with the control of 25℃.Compared with the control,the development of fruits under high temperature advanced but the ratio of cavity fruit increased obviously.The fructose,glucose and sucrose content in fruits under high temperature increased,and the starch content first increased then decreased,especially the plants treated under 35℃.The activities of the acid invertase(AI) and neutral invertase(NI) in fruits decreased,but the activities of sucrose synthase(SS) and sucrose phosphate synthase(SPS) increased when plants were treated under high temperature for 15 days.The higher of the temperature for the plants,the higher of the difference in carbohydrate metabolism of tomato fruits between the treated plants and the control.
