中国人. [目的]筛选合适的磁处理条件,为磁处理在胡萝卜催化乙酰乙酸甲酯中的应用提供理论依据。[方法]以乙酰乙酸甲酯为底物,用胡萝卜组织做生物催化剂,研究4个磁感应强度(6、12、17和25 mT)与5个处理时间(5、10、15、20和25 min)的磁处理条件对胡萝卜生物转化反应的生物学效应。[结果]不同磁处理条件对胡萝卜催化乙酰乙酸甲酯的生物学效应不同。 [结论] 有利于胡萝卜催化底物乙酰乙酸甲酯还原为具有光学活性的手性化合物(S)-3-羟基丁酸甲酯的磁处理条件是17 mT/15 min;有利于提高(S)-3-羟基丁酸甲酯光学纯度的磁处理条件是12 mT/25 min。_

[Objective] To investigate the optimum conditions and provide theoretical basis for the application of magnetic treatment to the biotransformation using Daucus carota.[Method] Methyl acetoacetate as the substrate was biotransformed to (S)-3-hydroxybutyate methyl under biocatalyst Daucus carota treated by four magnetic induction densities(6,12,17and 25 mT) and five treatment times (5,10,15,20 and 25 min). [Result] There were different biocatalysis effects under different condition for magnetic treatment. [Conclusion] The favorable magnetic-treatment condition for biotransformed Methyl acetoacetate to (S)-3-hydroxybutyate methyl was 17 mT/15 min, and for OP of(S)-3-hydroxybutyate methyl was 12 mT/25 min.
