中国人. 本研究2005年利用第21颗返回式卫星搭载小豆品系95-0进行太空诱变处理,回收后种植,对后代农艺性状的变异规律进行观察研究并进行突变体的选择。研究结果表明,与留地对照相比,太空诱变对小豆的出苗有抑制作用,并且引起了幼苗的畸变如叶缺失、错位等现象,SP3代第二叶变异频率3.42%。太空诱变处理后小豆多种农艺性状的变异系数明显增加,并且正负向变异类型都有,表明太空诱变是创造小豆变异的有效途径。在SP2和SP3代进行选择,获得了19株剑叶形突变体、7株高株突变体、102株矮株突变体、5株粒色突变体、24株大粒突变体、70株小粒突变体和27株综合性状优良的单株,这为小豆育种提供了优良的材料和新种质,也为小豆分子遗传学研究提供了有价值的突变体。[著者文摘]

In this research, seeds of azuki bean (Vigna angularis) line 95-0 was carried to space for space mutation by the 21th returned satellite in 2005, then the obtained seeds were grown in the ground. Agronomic trait variations of progeny in SP1, SP2 and SP3 were investigated and mutants were screened and identified. The results showed that space mutation have an inhibition effect on the germination rate of seeds and seedling distortion such as leaf deletion and dislocation. Variation frequence of the second leaves was 3.42% in SP3 line. The variation coefficient of some traits in space-induced progeny increased apparently, including both positive and negative variation types. Results indicated that space inducement is an effective way for achieving variation of azuki bean. In SP2 line and SP3 line, 19 sword leaf mutants, 7 height plant mutants, 102 dwarf plant mutants, 5 seed color mutants, 24 large seed mutants, 70 small seed mutants and 27 excellent plants are obtained. These plants provide very useful materials and novel germplasms for azuki bean breeding, and are aluable mutants for the genetic analysis of azuki bean.[著者文摘]
