中国人. 通过盆栽试验,研究了不同硫肥用量(0.00、0.06、0.12、0.18、0.24、0.30 g・kg. 1)对烤烟丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的影响.结果表明,硫肥用量为0.24 g・kg. 1时,MDA含量较低;减少或增加硫肥用量都会使MDA含量显著升高.硫肥用量对烤烟体内SOD、POD、CAT活性影响很大,且相同硫肥用量对不同叶位SOD、POD、CAT活性也有较大影响.0.06 g・kg. 1硫肥烤烟SOD活性最低,并随着硫肥用量的增加,活性不断升高;各处理SOD活性以上部叶最低.烤烟上、中部叶POD活性随硫肥用量的升高而升高.硫素供应不足或过量会使CAT活性升高.[著者文摘]

The pot experiment was used to study the effects of sulfur fertilizer amount(0-0.30 g・kg. 1) on malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismulase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT) of flue-cured tobacco.The results showed that MDA content of the treatment with 0.24 g・kg. 1 was lower than other treatments;decreasing or increasing sulfur fertilizer amount could significantly increase MDA content.There were observable effects of different sulfur application on the tobacco′s SOD,POD and CAT,meanwhile the same amount of sulfur fertilizer affected SOD,POD and CAT in leaves of different position.The SOD activity was lower in 0.06 g・kg. 1 treatment.The SOD activity raised with the increasing amount of sulfur fertilizer.The SOD activity was lower in upper leaves.The POD activity raised with the increasing of sulfur fertilizer content in upper and middle leaves of flue-cured tobacco.Sulfur deficiency or oversupplying increased the CAT activity.[著者文摘]
