Determination of factors effected on Economic efficiency on sheep-feedlot unit is important. In order 3 years study was condacted in Kennansha proviance. The first year 179 sheep-feedlot units from 836 units chosen randomly than informations collected by questionnaires. The 40 units ( 23 first and 17 second year) were studied by direct control. After data setting, descriptive parameters of qualitative and quantiative traits were computed. The comparemeans, nonparametric tests(chi-square) and parametric (T test) \\overe used. Data indicated management of 87.16% of the units were traditiona system and only 12.84% were industrial system. Animals chosen mainly (52.16 %) according phnotype position and primary weight is lost rank. Information with control investigator collected and egested. Result obtain (tenure, employ, standard selected animal for fattening, Period number fattening in year etc) from 179 unit investigate and analyzed (for Ana lyzed qualitative data from nonparametric test (chi-square) and used compare average in the two groups industrial and traditional from T test. There are active 2 unit ( 12.84% ) industrial and 177 units (87.16 %) traditional through units investigate. Appearance shape animal and primary weight lamb were 52.16 % and 2.9 % highest and lowest amounts respectively. Another factors consists (weight and appearance shape together. appearance shape and breed, age, appearance shape, age and breed together were 17.89, 21.91, 1.12 and 3.93 percent respectively. Standard for selection lamb for fattening also 79.21 % and 20.87 % from management units all time and half time working in the unit respectively. Also average period number fattening industrials and traditional in year were 1.87 and 1.51 period respectively. For measurement average technical efficiency in unit sheep-feedlot and coefficient elasticity for each of factors effective Economic efficiency (flock size ,fattening coast, labor cost, hygiene cost and ales cost for unit rattening lamb based production functions and soft war statically Deep calculated: 89, 0.77, 0.100, 0.141, 0.0035 and 0.079 respectively. This indicated that if all factors increased simultaneously by one percent, meat production of all farms did increase lesser than one percent.
