The objective of this study was to evaluate influence factors of cow milk urea content. Milk samples were collected from Research and Study farm ''Vecauce'' Brown and Holstein Black and white breed cows from August 2008 to September 2009 monthly together with milk recording day testing. Control milk samples were analyzed for total protein, casein, fat, lactose, urea, somatic cells (SCS). All of these parameters were analyzed in accredited milk quality laboratory SIA ''Piensaimnieku laboratorija''. The average urea content in farm was 16.85 mg dLE-1. In this study such influence factors were evaluated: lactation, lactation day, breed and technology. Significant influence on urea content had used technology, lactation and lactation day (p is less than 0.001; p is less than 0.05). Cow breed did not influence significantly urea content in cow milk.
