One of the most common salmonella cause in animals and humans is Salmonella enteritidis. Vaccination against salmonella at poultry production in the Republic of Srpska, given the high production costs and the risks of losses that may arise is applied in most parental clusters primarly heavy lines, due to they greater exploitation, less applied at light clusters lines and egg-laying hens, while in the production of fattened chickens vaccination do not apply. In used are mainly dead inactivated vaccines and less live attenuated. Use of probiotics and prebiotics, bearing in mind their impact on animal health and production results, is the safest and economically justified ways in poultry production. The aim of this research is to determine whether the simultaneous use of probiotics or prebiotics within fattened chickens together and vaccination against Salmonella enteritidis with live attenuated vaccine, which is applied from the first day of life, annual or reduce the effect of vaccines on the chickens immune system and prevent or reduce the development of immunity to Salmonella, as used probiotic and prebiotic act negatively on the pathogenic bacteria present in the intestines of chickens and also on Salmonella enteritidis, whether used probiotic or prebiotic will identified attenuated live Salmonella enteritidis as vaccine or as pathogen. At the same time the use of probiotics or prebiotics with vaccination of fattening chickens against Salmonella enteritidis with live attenuated vaccine from the first day of life, is not overturned or reduced the effect of vaccines on the immune system of the chickens and prevent or reduce the development of immunity to Salmonella.
