The aim of this study was that in 40 healthy cows, regardless of their productivity, nutrition and lactation period determine the reference values for the main hematologic parameters. For all parameters determined the mean value and a distance of two standard deviations, and are made and group spaces in order to properly determine frequency distribution. The result showed that hematological parameters are within recommended ranges. However in 15% of cows (6/40) found an increased number of neutrophils (a value above the sum of the mean and two standard deviations), while the number of lymphocytes increased in 22.5% of cows (9/40). Hemoglobin concentration was lower in 17.5% of cows (7/40) compared to the average values minus two standard deviations. The increased value of the elements of white grapes in particular cow shows the hidden inflammatory processes in the body or white grape response to stressors from the environment. Hemoglobin concentration is dependent on the amount of milk cows and activities on the farm.
