In 2000-2008 the influence of fertilization systems in long-term experiment of 9-foeld crop rotation was studied for leached chernozem (the Voronezh Region). Six variant of experiment had been carried out since 1936: 1) control (no fertilizer), 2) NPK (45 kg/ha) + 25 t/ha of fallow manure, 3) NPK (90) + manure, 4) NPK (135) + manure. 5) NPK (45) + 50 t/ha of fallow manure, 6) NPK (190). Considerable changes of biochemical soil activity are observed. Under effect of fertilizer in a 0-20 cm soil layer an increase in an amount of urease, protease, catalase was found. The same tendencies were found in a 20-40 cm soil layer, and only activity of protease reduced in variants 3 and 4. An amount of phosphatase reduced and invertase increased in variant 6. The method of induced microbial community has found the absence of influence of fertilizers on phytotoxicity. An increased content in soil of gross Mn, Co, Zn was determined. Increments of yield in the 1-st rotation were not high. By the end of 8 rotation the increments increased to 15.9 t/ha (variant 4), and the most coefficient of energetic efficiency was observed in variant 5. The productivity level (in grain units) increased relatively to the 1-st rotation by 6.3-12.5% for the main products, and in the control reduced by 8.0%
