In order to study the influence of preparations with different biological activity, used singly and in combination, on the chemical composition of grain and crude protein yields and feed units for milk and growth in spring vetch was conducted two-factor field trial in IFC-Pleven. It was used the split plot method. As a result of the experiment it was found that preparations Atonik, Masterblend and Konfidor increased the content of crude protein and crude fibre in grain of spring vetch by 0.2 to 4.2% and 4.1 to 21.2%, respectively. With the highest protein and fibre content characterized the grain produced by the combination treatment with Konfidor and Masterblend. The accumulation of macroelements Ca and P in the treated variants follows the trend established in the crude protein and crude fibre as the highest levels were reached in the treatment with Konfidor. The combined use of preparations provides higher values compared with their single use with 1.5, 9.6, 3.5 and 0.6% in crude protein, crude fibre, Ca and P, respectively. Based on the analysis of data on phases of treatment for their independent effect on content of crude protein, Ca and P they may be arranged in the following descending order: budding and flowering, flowering, budding. Alone and combined use of preparations Atonik, Masterblend Konfidor and significantly increases the yields of crude protein and feed units for milk and growth FUM and FUG.
