Seroprevalens of tularemia of onehoofs animals in some regions on Bulgaria | Серопревалентност на туларемия при еднокопитни животни от отделни региони на България

Tularemia in animals in Bulgaria is investigated too rarely, and this is reason to do serological examinations. Serologically using specific tularemia antigen Bioveta as Ivanovice na Hahe - Czhech Republic, are studied 104 blood sera from onehoofs animals in some regions on Bulgaria. By method of fast and slow agglutination in some regions of Bulgaria and 72 of them had tularemia antibodies - 69.2%. The antibody titer 1:160 had 8 samples 11.1%; titer 1:80 - 31 samples - 43.1%; and titer 1:40 - 33 samples - 45.8%. Identified sera with high titers (1:80 and 1:160) showed actual presence and prodably distribution of the agent of tularemia.
