Rape (Brassica napus) is one of the most important cultivars in the Republic of Belarus, used for oil and fuel production. Tocopherols (byproducts of rape processing) and other biologically active substances appear the wastes of oil production. These matters have high feeding value, but are not used in industrial scale for feeds' producing. Byproducts of oil industry are the source of natural vitamin E and essence fatty acids. The research of the content of rape oil distillate, forming during physical refinement of rape oil is suggested; efficiency of utilization of oil distillate for poultry feeds vitaminizing is evaluated. Component content of the distillates, received during molecular distillation of the rape oil is presented. Influence of enriched feeds on live weight of birds is analyzed. Main indexes of fattening of birds in experimental and control groups are calculated. Cholesterol and lipid content in blood serum of the birds is presented. While studying the composition of distillate to be formed in the course of physical refining of rape oil it's determined that the content of tocopherols in distillate is 1.8–4.0%, phytosterols - 6-12%, free fatty acids – 74-84%, including 42.2-54.6% of oleic acid, and Vitamin F (linoleic and alpha-linolenic acids) - 20.2-26.0%. It is shown that the use of distillate as a vitamin-containing concentrate for broiler chicken fattening allows increasing poultry safety and average daily weight gain, as well as decrease cholesterol and total lipid content in blood serum and meat of poultry, at the same time feed consumption is reduced and nutritive quality of poultry meat is increased.
