Application of bio-preparations, accelerating growth and development of muscle mass of young animals (calves), is one of the most important directions of modern meat producing industry. Growth of muscles of animals directly connected with general state of animals' health. Intensive exploitation, absence of active exercises of young animals leads to increase of functional loading of organism, causing diseases of muscular, digestive and reproductive systems. Weak and unhealthy calves with high level of immunodeficiency cannot grow fast and their meat is often characterized with ecological impurity. That is why a comprehensive research of morphological, biochemical and immunological reconstructions in organisms of calves within different functional status appears one of the most important problems in veterinary science in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Evaluation of the development of skeleton muscles of calves in early postnatal ontogenesis during utilization of Gamavit preparation is presented. The Gamavit is a complex preparation the main active substances if which are placenta, denatured and emulsified and sodium nucleinate. The application of Gamavit while rearing calves-hypotrophics allows stimulating postnatal miohistogenesis of skeletal muscles. There is an increase of the amount of muscular tissues in m. longissimus dorsi. This index in the experimental group is 23.3%, in the control group is 17.8%. The concentration of glycogen granules per 10 mkm2 of muscular tissue increases by 40.2% relatively to control data. Metabolism and microcirculation in the muscles are activated that results in muscular mass increase and animals' growth.
