In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was analysed influence of mineral fertilizers and bacterial inoculums on content of available nitrogen forms and labile phosphorus compounding in rhizosphere zone of oilseed flax (Linum usitatissimum) of arable soil layer according to phases of crop development, yielding capacity and quality of flax products. Field experiments with oilseed flax took place during 2008-2010. It was established that application of bacterial diazotroph (Rhizobacterin), phosphate-mobilizing (Phytostimophos) inoculants helped to increase productivity and quality of flax products and reduce doses of mineral nitrogen by 15-30 kg/ha, P2O5 - by 30 kg/ha. Inoculation of seeds of oilseed flax by binary microbal preparation Biolinum (Enterobacter sp. Eh10 and Pseudomonas sp. F3) on the background of N45P30K90 ensured the yield of 1.64–1.91 t/ha of seeds (with the content of fat in them of 50.9–51.2%) and 3.87–4.39 t/ha of straw with an average number 0.75–1.00.
