In course of the research there were studied the content of antinutrients in rapeseed oil cake, influence of rapeseed oil cake on morphological, palatability, incubatory indicators of eggs and viability of young growth of chickens. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus on a base of the Republican unitary enterprise 'Poultry Breeding Farm Belorusskij'. For studying of rapeseed oil cake influence on egg quality there were formed two groups of egg-production chickens of Belarusian brown cross. As a result of realized research there was revealed the tendency to deterioration of palatability traits of eggs with the painted shell at use of 7.0% rapeseed oil cake. Egg fertility has made 87.4%, hatchability - 94.0%, a young growth breeding - 82.2%. The chickens, received from hens, which were containing on a diet with rapeseed oil cake, to 120-day age surpassed authentically a control bird in body weight on 3.3%. The scheme of the experiment, content of antinutrient factors in rapeseed oil cake, degustation evaluation of eggs, growth and development dynamics of chickens, received from hens, which were kept on a diet with rapeseed oil cake, were presented in the article.
