Belarusian and Russian scientific and technical cooperation: trends and the mechanism of development | Белорусско-российское научно-техническое сотрудничество: направления и механизм развития

According to the Program of Social and Economic and Scientifically-Innovative Development of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus till 2015, there will be continued joint researches with the Russian partners in area of nanophysics and nanotechnology, the laser physics and engineering, nonlinear optics, creation of new highly effective light sources, physics of plasma and plasma accelerators, molecular electronics, processing and recognition of signals, geoinformation systems, bio-and health informatics, super computer systems, processing of the space information, quantum computer science, working out of ways of reception of bioregulators of natural type and their synthetic analogues for practical use as medical products, growth factors of plants, etc., research of interaction of proteins and DNA with biologically active substances and ions of metals, hydrometeorologies, an ecological condition of territory, subjected to accident Chernobyl influence and others. In course of the research there were characterized the main trends and mechanisms of scientific-technical cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus in the context of increasing the role of science in the economies of the countries. On the basis of similarity of priorities in scientific activity in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus, the experience of Belarusian-Russian scientific cooperation was presented and the essence of scientific tasks was shown. Normative and practical sides of cooperation between the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and partners from the Russian Federation were examined and indicators of participation of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus in the development of scientific-technical cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation were presented. Measures aimed at increasing the efficiency of interaction between our country and Russia in the scientific sphere was also based.
