In course of the research there were studied hybrids of maize (Zea mays) in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. The laboratory research of maize seeds was realized according to the data of an experimental laboratory of seed quality of the Belarusian State Agricultural Academy, corresponding to criteria of accreditation system of Belarus and the international requirements on STB (Standards of the Republic of Belarus), ISO/IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) 17025-2007. Positive dynamics of the level of maize hybridity in hybrids getting into the Republic of Belarus during the last seven years was shown. High indicators of hybridity level of Moldavian selection maize seeds, reproduced in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus were defined. The research established that protein markers of hybridity were traced mainly in paternal parental forms of hybrids. Peculiarities of identification of hybridity in hybrids of different types were determined. It was shown, that the majority of markers of hybridity was in a zone of average migration of a zein complex in maize protein spectrum.
