Complex natural process of biological dissolution of organic matters in anaerobic conditions under the influence of anaerobic bacteria is the basis of biogas technologies. Biogas, appearing during fermentation, contains 55-70% of methane, 28-43% of CO2 and about 2% of hydrogen sulfide. Exactly H2S should be maximally eliminated from biogas content because of its capability to form a sulfuric acid during interreacting with water and cause a corrosion of metal, breaking equipment down. For elimination of these negative conditions special technologies of biogas clearing are developed. They allow increasing methane concentration in biofuel and to promote its calorific capacity. Main methods of biogas clearing are divided into 2 varieties: clearing inside the fermenters of biogas units and clearing in special filters. The first method of biogas clearing consists of chemical and microbiological aspects; the result of them both is hydrogen sulfide oxidation and sulfur discharge. Shortcomings of this technology are the secondary wastes formation demanding further utilization. Method of clearing in the special filters consists of dry clearing method, independent biological de-sulfurization of biogas and method of removal of the sulfides out of biochemical gas. All the methods have their advantages and shortcomings. According to them a combined method of autonomous de-sulfurization in special construction (desulfurizator) is suggested. Main stages of the clearing process are presented. Main advantages of the method are evaluated. Efficiency of equipment use is analyzed.
