中国人. 在最佳管理措施(BMPs)基本原理的基础上,构建宁夏黄河灌区农业非点源污染防控方案,为宁夏黄河灌区农业非点源污染防治提供理论依据。在分析宁夏黄河灌区农业非点源污染特征的基础上,根据BMPs的基本原理,构建了基于BMPs的农业非点源污染综合防控方案。在农户、农村社区、农田、区域4个层面上,构建了工程型与非工程型BMPs相结合的宁夏黄河灌区农业非点源污染综合防控技术体系,并提出了一些建议。构建了基于BMPs的宁夏黄河灌区农业非点源污染综合防控方案。

In view of Ningxia Yellow River irrigation area agriculture nonpoint source pollution characteristic, agriculture nonpoint source pollution prevention and control plan was proposed for the Ningxia Yellow River irrigation area to provide theoretical basis. According to the analysis of the non-point pollution characteristics Ningxia Yellow River irrigation agriculture, synthesis prevention and control plan was constructed about agricultural nonpoint source pollution based on the best management measure. The comprehensive prevention and control technology featuring of four levels in farmers, rural communities, farms and regions engineering measures and non-engineering measures in Yellow River irrigation region of Ningxia was proposed. Based on the best management measure, agriculture non-point source pollution prevention and control plan was proposed for Ningxia Yellow River irrigation region.
