Effects of bag removing date on the quality of “Fuyu” persimmon | 去袋时期对“富有”柿果实品质的影响

中国人. 探讨不同时期去袋对甜柿果实品质的影响，为甜柿去袋时期的选择提供依据。采用白色单层纸袋和外黄内黑双层纸袋于06-25对“富有”柿果进行套袋处理，分别于10-02，10-12，10-23分批去袋，以不套袋为对照，11-12柿果成熟时统一采摘，比较不同处理对柿果外观品质和内在品质的影响。与不套袋处理相比，白色单层纸袋不去袋处理柿果色泽a值下降，单果质量、色泽L值、残次果率、硬度、果糖含量和类胡萝卜素总量均有所上升，提前去袋易引起柿果色泽L值、硬度、果糖含量下降和残次果率提高；外黄内黑双层纸袋不去袋处理使柿果色泽L值、b值和可溶性固形物含量有所上升，柿果单果质量、硬度、Vc含量及玉米黄质、隐黄质、β-胡萝卜素、番茄红素和叶黄素5种类胡萝卜素组分含量均明显下降，柿果残次果率明显提高，提前去袋后其残次果率显著增加。套袋处理均不宜提前去袋，白色单层纸袋不去袋处理能提高柿果的商品性。

英语. The research studied effects of bag removing date on the quality of “Fuyu” persimmon. White single-layer bag and outer yellow and inner black double-layer bag were selected to bag “Fuyu” persimmon on Jun. 25, and picked off by batches on Oct. 2, Oct. 12, Oct. 23. With non-bagged fruit as control, which were harvested on Nov. 12, the external and internal qualities of “Fuyu” persimmon of different treatments were compared. The treatment of single-layer bag lowered the fruit color a, but raised fruit weight, smoothness, rigidity, fructose content and carotenoids content. When the bag picked off in advance, the fruit color L, rigidity, fructose content were lower and defective fruit rate was higher than that of non-bagged fruit; the treatment of outer yellow and inner black double-layer bag raised fruit color a, color b and SCC content, lowered fruit weight, rigidity, V-C and 5 carotenoid components(including zeaxanthin, cryptoxanthin,β-carotene, lycopene and lutein) content, and raised the rate of fruit disease incidence evidently, which became more serious when the bags were picked off in advance. Bagging treatment was not suitable to pick off in advance, and the treatment of single-layer bag not picked off ahead could improve the fruit quality.
