Moreover, we reviewed the latest researches of comparative metabolism in veterinary drugs in terms of the metabolites and metabolic rate, metabolic enzymes involved in metabolic reactions, the relationship between metabolism and toxicity. The development trends of comparative metabolism of veterinary drugs in the future were predicted.
