中国人. 摘 要:本文评估了Cry1Ab、Cry1Ba和Cry1Ca蛋白对甜菜夜蛾2龄幼虫的毒力,其LC50分别为0.4425、0.6757μg/cm2和0.1502μg/cm2,Cry1Ba毒力最低,其次是Cry1Ab,而Cry1Ca毒力最高。青霉素影响幼虫对晶体毒素的耐受能力;一次添加高剂量(500ug/cm2)青霉素于饲料中显著提高幼虫的耐受能力,以含低剂量(60μg/CE)青霉素的饲料饲养幼虫多代也能达到相似的效果。
显示更多 [+] 显示较少 [-]英语. Toxicities of Cry1Ab, Cry1Ba and Cry1Ca from Bacillus thuringiensis to the 2nd-instar larvae of Spodoptera exigua were evaluated. The LC50 values were 0. 442 5μg/cm. , 0. 675 7μg/cm. and 0. 150 2μg/cm. , respectively. CrylBa was least toxic, followed by CrylAb, and CrylCa was most toxic. Penicillin affected larval tolerance to the 3 Cry toxins. At the concentration of 500μg/cm. , penicillin mixed directly with the toxins could significantly increase larval tolerance. At the concentration of 60μg/cm. , however, penicillin should be first added alone to the diet for the larvae for several generations to obtain similar tolerance.
