中国人. 摘 要：本研究以盐胁迫下逆境诱导型启动子SWPA2驱动转Cu/Zn SOD和APX基因甘薯叶片一些生理指标的变化研究转基因甘薯耐盐性。结果表明：无胁迫时,转基因甘薯叶的生理指标与未转基因植株无明显差异。相同胁迫条件下,转基因甘薯叶的超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）,抗坏血酸过氧化物酶（APX）,过氧化物酶（POD）,过氧化氢酶（CAT）活性均高于未转基因甘薯叶,尤以100mmol/LNaCl胁迫下差异最显著;转基因植株的根长也大于未转基因植株;转基因植株的叶绿素下降幅度和MDA含量则低于未转基因植株。这说明转基因甘薯具有一定的耐盐性。因此开发种植转基因耐盐甘薯对有效利用盐渍化土地和缓解能源危机有重大的意义。
显示更多 [+] 显示较少 [-]英语. Some physiological indexes in transgenic sweetpotato （Ipomoea batatas L. cv. Yulmi） plants expressing both CuZn superoxide dismutase （CuZnSOD） and ascorbate peroxidase （APX） genes with the stress-inducible SWPA2 promoter were evaluated under different concentrations of NaCl treatment. The result indicated, physiological indexes were no remarkable differences without NACl stress between the TS and the NS. The levels of superoxide dismutase （SOD）, ascorbate peroxidease （APX）, peroxidase （POD） and catalase （CAT） activity in leaves of transgenic sweetpotato （TS） were always higher than non-transformed sweet potato （NS） under the same NaCl stress, and we observed remarkable differences under 100 mmol/L NaCl concentration. The root of TS was longer than the NS, and the decline range of chlorophyll and malonaldehyde （MDA） content in leaves of TS was below the NS. These results indicate that sweet potato over-expressing CuZnSOD-APX gene might efficiently tolerate the salt stress.
