中国人. 摘 要:用外引的23份玉米材料与K22、488、5005、掖107组建混合群体,从中筛选出雄性不育系71A及其保.持系71B。用不同类型、不同世代的选种材料作父本,采取开放自由授粉的方式与71A杂交,从其后代中获得了恢复系12R。多点次检测表明,不育系71A不育性能稳定,配合力较高,没有连锁性病害且农艺性状优良;恢复系12R恢复株率达到99%。通过试验该三系材料具有较高的应用价值。
显示更多 [+] 显示较少 [-]英语. The mixing population was set with 23 of corn materials from abroad and K22, 488, 5005 and Yel07, the corn male sterility line71A and maintenance line71B were selected from it. Some crosses were made by means of the open free pollination with the different types and generations of mutation materials as male parents and the male sterility line71A as the female parent, in which the restorative linel2R was bred. Many testing in different locations indicated that the sterility line 71A was of stable sterility, high combining ability, good disease-resistant and excellent agronomics character; the recovery rate of 12R reached to 99%. The studies showed that the application value of three line 71A, 71B and 12R to corn breeding is higher.
